We offer generous benefits, including retirement, paid time off, paid parental leave, health insurance, dental, and vision benefits, life insurance and long and short-term disability, and more.\nKey Essential Functions and Accountabilities of the Job\nGreet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.\n\nPerform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.\n\nManage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system.\n\nRespond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.\n\nProvide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.\n\nHandle payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest account records.\n\nCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.\n\nMaintain a clean and organized front desk area.\n\nFollow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.\n\nProcess and manage staff travel ticket arrangements, including coordinating bookings and providing after-hours support to travelers.\n\nOperate the hotel shuttle safely and courteously to transport guests and employees to and from the airport and approved destinations.\n\nConduct timely airport pickups and drop-offs while maintaining transportation logs and schedules.\n\nAssist guests with loading and unloading luggage.\n\nPerform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.\n\nEnsure shuttle vehicles remain clean and presentable.\n\nCoordinate transportation requests with front desk operations.\n\nComply with all traffic laws and vehicle safety requirements.\n\nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays\n\nStrong commitment to guest service, safety, and professionalism\n\nProfessional appearance and demeanor\n\nAdditional Details:\nEducation, Certifications, and Licenses Required\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required;
