This role ensures consistency of messaging, alignment with organizational strategic goals, and effective engagement of key audiences. The specialist provides tactical support for campaigns, service-line initiatives, events, and internal communications, while contributing to the growth of SEARHC’s digital presence and communication strategy.SEARHCis a non-profit health consortium which serves the health interests of the residents of Southeast Alaska. We offer generous benefits, including retirement, paid time off, paid parental leave, health insurance, dental, and vision benefits, life insurance and long and short-term disability, and more.\nKey Essential Functions and Accountabilities of the Job\nContent Development and Management: Write, edit, and produce engaging content for digital platforms including web, intranet, social media, email newsletters, and online campaigns.\n\nDigital Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of digital marketing and communications campaigns, ensuring alignment with SEARHC’s strategic objectives and brand guidelines.\n\nInternal Communications: Support internal messaging needs by developing employee updates, leadership communications, and other editorial content.\n\nAnalytics and Reporting: Track and analyze digital engagement metrics, providing recommendations for improvement and optimization.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Content and Strategy Manager, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective coordination of digital initiatives.\n\nBrand Consistency: Ensure all digital content and communications reflect SEARHC’s brand identity, tone, and AP style standards.\n\nEvent and Initiative Support: Provide communications and digital support for events, campaigns, and community engagement activities.\n\nEducation, Certifications, and Licenses Required\nBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
