You'll learn about each customer’s unique goals and challenges, and will help generate unique solutions. On a day-to-day / week-to-week basis, you will:\nAct as a technical point of contact for external customers and internal teams: answer questions, provide support, and guide them through setup, usage, and troubleshooting\nOwn customer-facing and internal documentation: integration guides, troubleshooting instructions, release notes, and knowledge base articles that reduce repeat questions \nDebug and resolve issues in real-world deployments\nAid customers with new payload and feature integration projects\nCollaborate with internal engineering teams to reproduce customer issues, identify root causes, and drive improvements and fixes\nDevelop and maintain customer-facing Python utility applications and tools\nAbout You:\nYou love solving real-world problems and care deeply about helping others build systems that work reliably. Our primary products are unmanned surface vehicles (USVs), designed to carry sensors at sea for months at a time. Our USVs provide persistent monitoring and data acquisition to defense, scientific, and commercial customers, and have autonomously crossed both the Pacific and Atlantic oceans. After thousands of years in which the only way to gather information from the ocean was to put people on a boat, these uncrewed vessels are transforming how humanity monitors and interacts with the ocean. Here, you’ll find the space and opportunity to do your life’s best work.\nAlong with your salary, you’ll receive perks including:\nStock options\nCompetitive insurance (including a 99% employer-covered Gold HMO plan or other options)\n401k matching up to 4% of salary\nFour free lunches per week\nAn employee activity fund\nA pet-friendly office\nUnlimited/Flex PTO\nHiring Notes:\nWhen applying, you’ll be asked to provide a resume and answer a few screening questions.\nDue to export control requirements applicable to this position, we are only able to consider U.S. persons, as defined by U.S. export control laws.
