You’ll own full-cycle searches across the company, partnering directly with hiring managers to understand their needs, build strong candidate pipelines, manage interview processes, and drive searches from kickoff through accepted offer.\nThe remaining 10% of the role will focus on supporting People Operations in our NYC office, including onboarding, employee experience, events, and other day-to-day needs.\nThis is a great opportunity for a recruiter who is ready to take meaningful ownership of hiring while continuing to develop their recruiting expertise and gain broader exposure to People Operations in a fast-moving startup.\nResponsibilities\nOwn full-cycle recruiting across business, go-to-market, and technical roles from kickoff through accepted offer\nPartner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and establish effective interview processes\nBuild strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, outbound outreach, referrals, and inbound applications\nReview applications, conduct recruiter screens, and evaluate candidates against role requirements\nManage candidates throughout the interview process and deliver consistent, timely communication\nDrive interview processes forward by collecting feedback, identifying blockers, and keeping hiring teams on track\nMaintain accurate and organized candidate pipelines in our ATS\nPartner with hiring managers to calibrate on candidate quality and adjust searches as needed\nManage reference checks, offer approvals, and offer delivery\nDeliver a thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process\nHelp identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, templates, and overall efficiency\nSupport new hire onboarding and first-day logistics in our NYC office\nHelp coordinate team events, celebrations, and employee experience initiatives\nServe as an on-the-ground People resource for our NYC office and surface employee or office needs to the Head of People Operations\nSupport additional People Operations projects and office-related needs as they arise\nRequirements\n2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience\nExperience independently managing searches from sourcing through offer\nStrong proactive sourcing skills and experience building candidate pipelines\nExperience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process\nStrong candidate assessment and interviewing skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong organization and attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent searches, candidates, and priorities\nComfortable driving processes forward and following up with stakeholders when needed\nReliable follow-through and a strong sense of ownership\nComfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change\nExcited to be an active, in-person part of the employee experience in our NYC office\nAbility to work from our NYC office 5 days per week\nPreferred Experience\nExperience recruiting in a startup or high-growth environment\nExperience recruiting across multiple functions, including go-to-market and technical roles\nExperience with an ATS and modern sourcing tools\nExperience supporting onboarding, employee experience, or other People Operations initiatives\nBenefits\n$85,000 -
