You'll be the go-to person for partner performance, forecasting, all-hands reporting, and our predictive models, and you'll make sure every number holds up before it reaches leadership, partners, or the board.\nThis is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports to start. You'll report to the VP of Finance and work closely with the CEO, CRO, SVP of Engineering, and Director of Restaurant Success, along with leaders across Sales and Partnerships. It's a high-visibility seat at a small, fast-moving company.\nResponsibilities\nOwn recurring business reporting, including weekly business reviews, daily pacing, and partner data files and reconciliations.\nBuild and maintain executive and operational dashboards in our BI tools.\nOwn data access, refresh schedules, and reporting dependencies, partnering with Engineering to keep them reliable.\nMaintain the data dictionary and lineage across our warehouses and CRM.\nSupport month-end close with accurate transaction, rewards, and expiration data.\nOwn our predictive models, including GMV prediction and lead scoring, from retraining and monitoring to ongoing improvement.\nTurn model outputs into commercial decisions on sales targets, territory prioritization, and incentive design.\nLead deep dives on churn, restaurant performance, segmentation, and unit economics.\nOwn performance tracking and diagnostics across our API and rewards partners, including partner business reviews and escalations.\nUse cohort, segmentation, and expansion analysis to find partner growth opportunities and risks, and to inform pricing, rate cards, and restaurant-level optimization.\nOwn the bottoms-up forecast, run forecast reviews with functional leaders, and explain variances to plan.\nBuild monthly all-hands content, and support investor diligence, fundraising, and competitive analysis.\nOwn company metric definitions and make sure every team uses them the same way.\nAutomate recurring data requests with AI tools and scripting.\nRequirements\n5-7 years in strategy, analytics, FP&A, consulting, or a similar role.\nStrong SQL, including Redshift and PostgreSQL.\nStrong Tableau skills.\nExperience owning forecasting, financial modeling, and executive reporting.\nML literacy and hands-on experience managing predictive models.\nAbility to distill complex analysis into clear, CEO-ready recommendations.\nStrong partner and stakeholder management skills.\nComfort building and maintaining AI and LLM-based automations.\nAbility to work independently on a small, high-visibility team.\nNice to haves\nSalesforce experience.\nPython and Jupyter experience.\ndbt or data engineering exposure.\nExperience in restaurant tech, card-linked offers, loyalty, or rewards.\nBoard and investor reporting experience.\nExperience at a high-growth startup or in a small strategy office.\nBenefits\n$150,000 -
