Responsible to provide accurate calculation of final pay and adhering to all local statutory requirements - IR21 and IR8A filing\n8. Process employees’ IR21, IR8A, year-end tax reporting, NS Claims and Government Paid Claims.\n9. Perform Interco Billing\n10. Initiatepayrollpayment runs and approve any payment exceptions made outside the main payment method( i.e., cheque/ cash payments)\n11. Maintain proper filing and documentation of all relevant Documents (Payrolladvice reports and correspondences) pertaining toPayrollrelated activities\n12. Support UAT testing and endorse Incidents and Change requests\n13. Work closely with Finance Business Partner onPayrollAccounting reconciliations\n14. Assist in internal and external audits related toPayrollprocesses/activities\n15. Support HR and employees’ pay related enquiries\n16. Liaise with government authorities when required\n17. Recommend continuous improvement to improve SLA to raise employee delight and BU engagement ratings\n18. Participate in ongoing or ad-hoc projects\nLocation: Pioneer Yard\n50 Gul Road, Singapore 629351\n(Island wide transport provided) .\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\n1.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing.\n2.
