The IRCC team shapes the external perception of Seatrium, a global leader in specialised engineering services for the offshore, marine, and energy sectors, and provides opportunities for regular interaction with senior management.\nThe ideal candidate is inquisitive, detail-oriented and confident engaging with complex financial, operational and strategic topics. The role requires the individual to understand financial numbers, connect the dots between performance and strategy, and distil clear, credible and differentiated messaging for the investment community. This role involves close collaboration across the organisation, as well as with external advisors and stakeholders.\nCome join us if you take ownership of outcomes and enjoy translating numbers into a clear and compelling equity narrative for a growing, global company.\n Key Responsibilities:\nSupport the development and execution of Seatrium’s investor relations strategy to strengthen investor understanding and confidence in the Group’s strategy, performance and long-term value proposition\nSynthesise inputs from Finance, business units and management to ensure investor communications are consistent, strategically aligned and focused on what matters most to the market\nActively support engagement with institutional investors, analysts and other capital market stakeholders through investor meetings (group and one-on-one), site visits, roadshows and conferences\nPrepare high-quality investor communications materials, including earnings presentations, investor decks, Q&A briefing documents, and key messages for results announcements and investor engagements, in close collaboration with external advisors\nMaintain and enhance IR content across relevant platforms, including the investor relations section of the corporate website, ensuring accuracy, clarity and timeliness\nMonitor and analyse relevant market developments, peer performance, analyst reports, investor feedback and share price movements, and provide insights to senior management\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nProactive and self-motivated;
