DESCRIPTION\nCore Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end execution of upgrade projects for offshore jack-up drilling systems, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.\nEngage clients proactively to understand upgrade requirements and translate them into clear, structured execution plans.\nWork closely with the technical/engineering team to align on solution design and ensure practical, execution-ready deliverables.\nDevelop comprehensive projects plans covering engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.\nCoordinate internal cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, logistics, finance) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, subcontractors).\nDrive project kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and status updates with clients and internal stakeholders.\nIdentify project risks early and implement mitigation measures to ensure smooth execution.\nProject Execution & Delivery\nPlan and manage resource allocation (manpower, tools, subcontractors) for both onshore and offshore activities.\nEnsure timely procurement and delivery of essential parts, components, and materials aligned with project schedules.\nMonitor fabrications and assembly progress, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.\nOversee site execution, ensuring adherence to safety, operational, and client requirements.\nEnsure Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and integration tests are planned and conducted where required, with proper documentation and client sign-off.\nSupport offshore mobilization, installation, testing, and commissioning activities where applicable.\nEnsure proper project documentation, reporting, and close-out, including lessons learned.\nClient and Commercial Interface\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients during execution, maintaining strong working relationships.\nProvide regular updates on projects progress, challenges, and mitigation actions.\nSupport commercial discussions related to variations, change orders, and additional scope.\nEnsure high client satisfaction through reliable delivery and proactive communication.\nSpare Parts and Warehouse Management\nOversee spare parts planning and management in support of upgrade projects and aftermarket services.\nWork with procurement and logistics team to optimize spare parts availability and minimize downtime risks.\nEnsure proper inventory planning, stocking levels, and tracking of critical components.\nImplement efficient warehouse management practices, including storage, handling, and traceability of parts.\nCoordinate with regional warehouses (SG,ME,etc.) to support project and service requirements.\nDrive continuous improvement in parts management processes, including cost optimization and lead time reduction.\nCompliance, Quality and Safety\nEnsure all project activities comply with company standards, industry codes, and classification society requirements (e.g., ABS).\nEnforce quality control processes throughout execution, including inspections and testing.\nPromote and uphold strong safety culture across all project activities, both onshore and offshore.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nPossess Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Offshore or related discipline.\nAt least 10 years of relevant experiences in related field.\nStrong experience in offshore systems, preferably jack-up rig equipment (e.g., jacking systems, cranes).\nProven track record in project management and execution of upgrade or retrofit projects.\nStrong client-facing skills with ability to translate technical solutions into executable plans.\nExperience in resource planning, logistics coordination, and supply chain management.\nFamiliarity with FAT, commissioning, and offshore installation processes.\nKnowledge of spare parts management and warehouse operations is an added advantage.\nStrong leadership,
