commercial or quantity surveying roles, preferably in conversion or EPC projects\nGood knowledge of re-measurement, BOQ preparation, MTO/RTO, cost control and contract administration\nExperience in reviewing subcontractor measurements, claims and progress payments\nFamiliar with SAP or similar systems for material tracking and reconciliation\nSolid understanding of safety regulations, HIRA, Life Saving Rules and QHSE requirements\nAbility to conduct and review risk assessments related to work activities\nStrong communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams\nDemonstrates safety leadership, mutual respect and professional workplace behaviour\nAble to handle performance monitoring and basic people management matters\nGood analytical skills with
