Closely monitor the compliance between piping 3D model with the latest pipe stress analysis report.\nReview/comments piping arrangement, isometric and pipe supports drawings from piping designers.\nReview/comments on piping calculations carry out by other piping engineers/ subcontractors (e.g. pipe stress analysis report, flow master report, surge analysis report).\nReview/comments technical proposal from vendor.\nReview/comments vendor certified Document (VCD).\nMonitor and control drawing revisions especially when construction already started.\nEnsure proper communication and workflow are well established between piping designing team with construction team. Monitor the compliance between piping construction drawing (piping isometric and pipe support drawing) with the latest 3D model.\nMonitor the piping design database completeness (such as 3D model attributes, etc) to meet the project Digital Engineering requirements.\nInterface with vendor, other discipline lead, procurement, production, commissioning.\nOnboard vessel to carry out inspection at site.\nProvide support to piping construction, QA/QC and other non-engineering design related activities such as inspection, coating, painting, welding, test packages, etc.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\n`\nPrefer to have at least 8 years of piping engineering related working experience or similar activities as describe above.\nPrefer to have experience in Offshore/Shipyard project, Rig building/Ship building.\nPrefer to have experience in FPSO project, both topsides & marine.\nGood knowledge in Topside Piping Design and Planning.\nGood knowledge in International Standards related to Piping such as ASME, ASTM, API and Classification Society Rules and Regulations.\nMin.
