We produce magazines, books, journals, and manuals for publishers, associations, and national distribution partners, and that work comes off our presses every day. No printing experience required.\n· Benefits from day 60: health, dental, vision, and life insurance\n· 401(k) with company match after 6 months\n· Competitive paid time off\n· Monthly team lunches, and more\nSchedule 3rd shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 pm-6:00 am, plus every third Saturday as needed.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n· Set up, make ready, and run your assigned press\n· Run quality checks so every job meets customer standards\n· Troubleshoot issues and handle minor mechanical maintenance\n· Record production data accurately\n· Help hit daily production goals (OEE and on-time delivery)\n· Suggest improvements.
