You will transform emerging technologies into secure, scalable and business-ready services that make work simpler, improve productivity and strengthen the employee experience.\nAbout the role:\nAs an AI Tech Lead, you will drive the technical direction of a newly established capability within Digital Workplace, delivering enterprise AI services, intelligent workplace solutions and next-generation employee experiences. With Microsoft 365 and Copilot as key technologies, you will work across a broader ecosystem of AI models, agents, platforms and development frameworks to create trusted, AI-powered experiences that help employees work smarter, automate routine tasks and focus on high-value activities. Combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership, you will lead the design, development and implementation of scalable AI solutions, integrations and automations that deliver measurable business value. You will define solution architectures, engineering standards and best practices, promote secure and responsible AI adoption in collaboration with security, legal, risk and architecture teams, and establish modern development practices focused on quality, automation, observability and continuous delivery. Working closely with engineers, architects, product owners and business stakeholders, you will coach and support engineering teams, evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks, and contribute to SEB’s broader AI transformation by turning innovation into production-ready solutions and reusable capabilities across the bank.\nTo thrive in this role, we believe you have:\nSeveral years of experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, Solution Architect or in a similar technical leadership role within complex enterprise environments.\n\nA strong software engineering background and hands-on experience designing, building and operating production-grade solutions.\n\nExperience developing modern applications using one or more languages and frameworks such as Java, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or equivalent.\n\nExperience with cloud services, APIs, integrations, identity, data flows and modern application architectures.\n\nKnowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform and experience building or extending solutions using capabilities such as Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform or Copilot.\n\nHands-on understanding of AI technologies such as large language models, AI agents, orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation or intelligent automation.\n\nKnowledge of modern engineering practices including DevOps, CI/CD, testing, monitoring and infrastructure automation.\n\nThe ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and drive delivery from concept to production.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nA collaborative leadership style, curiosity and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.\n\nExperience in one or more of the following areas is considered an advantage:\nMicrosoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Framework or Teams application development.\n\nAzure AI services, agent-based architectures, enterprise search or knowledge platforms.\n\nAI UX, conversational experiences and automation or workflow technologies.\n\nDeveloping secure AI-enabled services in a large or regulated enterprise environment.\n\nWhat we
