The KYC/AML Center supports the continued development of KYC processes within PWM&FO business units across the Nordics and Luxembourg. The KYC/AML Center is looking for new staff members to support our KYC onboarding and review processes.\nResponsibilities\nYou will be cooperating with cross site teams and stakeholders, creating a seamless onboarding/review journey for our clients.\nYou will perform Onboarding and Periodic Reviews as assigned by the KYC Manager. Your tasks will include analyzing and validating documentation, analyzing ownership, performing screening, writing risk assessments, preparing client analysis for approval committees, updating static data, archiving documentation and performing trigger-based reviews.\nYou will be the expert in KYC/AML and other regulatory needs for onboardings/reviews and perform related tasks, when required.\nYou will collaborate with others in the establishment of new KYC processes. \nYou will contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience for new and existing PWM&FO clients.\nRequirements\nYou have at least 2 years of professional experience in KYC/AML processes.\nYou are well acquainted with KYC including the EU regulatory frameworks within this space.\nYou are comfortable engaging directly and regularly with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of KYC/AML onboardings/reviews and to overcome challenges. \nYou have experience navigating change and contributing to process improvement/development.\nYou have a strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.\nYou have an analytical foundation and an accurate and structured approach to your work.\nYou can work independently, have a strong capability of prioritizing your work in a structured manner.\nYou like taking responsibility and are comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities and objectives can change quickly.\nYou are fluent in English.
