About the role:
We are looking for a hands-on Application Specialist to support and continuously improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform within the Corporate & Investment Banking division (CIB)Combining astrong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio with a practical understanding of AI, and knows how towork hands on inturn these technologies into solutions that make a real difference to the business.
In this role you will:
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, helping identifyopportunities to leverageAI, automation, and digital solutions to create business value.
Collaborate closely with business teams to understand processes, challenges, and strategic objectives, translating them into scalable solution designs and architectural requirements.
Partner with architects, engineers, and product owners to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, security requirements, and long-term platform strategy.
Design, build, and implement AI-powered solutions, automations, and digital capabilities using modern low-code and pro-code technologies.
Contribute to improving data quality, reporting and insights, ensuring the platform supports decision-making across the CIB value chain.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Apassion forbusiness, data and technology and like to get things done
Hands-on experience building solutions inDynamics, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, power apps,
Understanding of generative AI concepts such as large language models, knowledge grounding, retrieval-augmented generationand agenticworkflows.
Understanding and drive to be on top of Standard Agents and functionality in Dynamics 365
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, prototypesor production-ready services.
An interest in secure and governed AI development, including data handling, access management, testingand lifecycle management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to move between details and the wider business purpose.
Clear communication skills and the confidence to facilitatediscussions, explain technical choices and support colleagues with different levelsof technical experience.
Fluency in English and Swedish
