Welcome to SEB bank.\nWe are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join our Legal Department on a temporary basis for approximately 2 years.\nAbout the Legal Department\nThe Legal Department provides legal support to the Bank’s management bodies and business functions. Our work includes advising on corporate governance, regulatory implementation, contractual arrangements, dispute management, and other legal matters across the organization. Our team contains lawyers from all Baltic countries. We are working closely with business stakeholders, management bodies and colleagues across SEB bank and aim to deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice.\nAbout the Role\nYou will be part of Legal Department, particularly within a team working on lending, leasing and trade finance services.
