contribution:\nDevelop and maintain the frameworks for internal controls, business continuity and non-financial risk management for the pension saving and investment area\nFollow up and report on relevant metrics\nHands-on support to the organization with methodologies, best practices, supporting documents, and templates\nTo thrive in this role, we believe you have:\nStrong communication skills and an outgoing personality as well as high personal integrity, proactivity, and persistence\nA university degree in a relevant field\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail\nAbility to work effectively with stakeholders and influence decision-making \nProficiency in Latvian and English (written and spoken), as daily work includes collaboration with
