We also work with automation that simplifies vulnerability management, dependency handling, and patching activities.\nIn parallel, we're exploring how AI, agents, and reusable skills can improve developer productivity and automate everyday engineering tasks.\nIn this role, you will:\nDevelop and maintain API automation and integration solutions\nDevelop solutions based on GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and modern CI/CD practices\nImprove developer experience through automation and self-service capabilities\nBuild solutions that simplify vulnerability management and automated patching\nCollaborate with developers, architects, security specialists, and platform teams\nContribute to AI initiatives involving agents, automation, and reusable skills\nDrive continuous improvements across our engineering platforms\nDevelop monitoring and observability capabilities that help teams understand platform health, troubleshoot issues, and operate services reliably\nYou will work with technologies such as Java, RUST, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node, Next.js, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Docker, Kubernetes and Bash.\nWho you are\nWe're looking for a highly experienced Platform Engineer who thrives on solving complex engineering challenges through automation, standardization, and reusable solutions. You have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar field, with a proven track record of driving engineering excellence at scale.\nRequired experience and competencies:\nStrong software development skills and experience building production-grade solutions.\nDeep expertise in CI/CD platform GitHub Actions, including pipeline design, governance, and automation.\nExtensive hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in enterprise environments.\nProven experience implementing DevSecOps practices, including security automation and compliance controls throughout the software delivery lifecycle.\nStrong understanding of API design, API governance, and integration architectures.\nSolid experience with observability platforms and operational excellence, including metrics, logging, tracing, alerting, dashboards, incident management, and root-cause analysis.\nExperience designing and operating internal developer platforms or shared engineering capabilities is considered a strong advantage.\nYou have demonstrated the ability to:\nLead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.\nDrive engineering best practices across multiple teams and domains.\nAct as a trusted advisor to engineers, architects, and product stakeholders.\nBalance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.\nSince you will collaborate across the organization and work with both Swedish and international teams, professional proficiency in both Swedish and English is required.\nMeriting Qualifications\nExperience with OpenShift, Google Cloud, or Azure\nKnowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices\nExperience with Argo CD and GitOps\nExperience with developer
