We are looking for a Technology ICD Delivery Manager to strengthen vendor and contract management within Modern Workspace & User Access Solutions (MW&UAS), while coordinating key control, risk and compliance activities that help keep our services secure, compliant and fit for purpose.\nAbout the role\nAs Technology ICD Delivery Manager, you will help secure that SEB has the right IT infrastructure, tools and service capabilities in line with business plans and regulatory expectations. The role combines continuous service delivery, third-party governance, contract management and coordination of risk, security and resilience activities across MW&UAS.\nYou will work closely with internal stakeholders, service owners, vendors and delivery teams to ensure that Microsoft-related services and contracts are governed effectively, delivered as agreed and continuously improved.\nYour main responsibilities\nLead and coordinate Microsoft vendor and contract management activities, including follow-up of contractual obligations, sourcing support and vendor performance.\nSecure that services are operated and maintained with the right level of quality, security, resilience, auditability and compliance.\nFollow up service performance and ensure that partners and vendors deliver according to agreed expectations.\nCoordinate risk management activities within MW&UAS, including input to risk assessments, issue follow-up and mitigation planning.\nDrive and coordinate security hygiene activities to support a strong control environment and reduce operational and security risks.\nCoordinate BCM and DR plans, including planning, preparation and follow-up of DR tests.\nSupport audits and regulatory-related activities by coordinating input, evidence and follow-up actions.\nDrive Step data quality improvements within MW&UAS to ensure accurate and reliable service and control information.\nPrepare and coordinate quarterly KRI reporting for House in Order within MW&UAS.\nAct as bridge between vendor and delivery teams to ensure roadmap planning.\nCommunicate service offerings, performance and improvement needs to relevant stakeholders.\nSupport financial management of the service portfolio, including cost follow-up, and forecasts.\nWho we are looking for\nWe believe you have a strong interest in technology delivery, vendor governance and contract management. You enjoy working in an environment where structure, stakeholder collaboration and follow-through are key to creating value.\nExperience and knowledge\nProven experience from contract management, vendor governance or third-party management, preferably related to Microsoft services or enterprise technology platforms.\nUnderstanding of service management, service packaging, service forecasts and total cost of ownership.\nUniversity degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience from technology, service delivery, vendor management or governance.\nGood understanding of technology services, operational controls, security expectations and audit/compliance requirements.\nExperience coordinating risk management, BCM/DR activities, audits or control reporting.\nExperience from a regulated environment, preferably within banking or financial services, is beneficial.\nSkills\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nGood ability to structure, coordinate and drive activities across teams and stakeholders.\nSolid contract management and vendor follow-up capabilities.\nProject management, including planning, follow-up and reporting.\nFluent English, both spoken and written.\nPersonal qualities\nCollaborative and analytical mindset with strong social skills and the ability to build trust.\nDelivery focus and a proactive approach to driving progress according to plan.\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability.\nAbility to work with both details and the broader service perspective.\nCuriosity and willingness to improve ways of working.\nAbility and interest to educate and guide stakeholders.\nWhat you will contribute to\nIn this role, you will contribute to stable, secure and well-governed technology services that support SEB’s internal stakeholders and business needs.
