You will work closely with experienced Project Managers and engineering teams, helping coordinate construction activities, overseeing installation works, and ensuring smooth project execution on site.\nYour Responsibilities\nSupport the coordination and supervision of construction and installation activities on project sites.\nMonitor daily site operations and ensure works are performed according to project requirements and schedules.\nOversee contractors and installation teams during project execution.\nAssist with the coordination of civil, mechanical, and electrical works.\nSupport the installation and integration of traction power systems, including MV equipment, transformers, DC switchgear, LV systems, and SCADA solutions.\nHelp ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.\nMaintain site documentation, progress reports, and project records.\nSupport testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.\nIdentify site issues and work with the project team to resolve them efficiently.\nAct as a key link between subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and internal project stakeholders.\nPromote and maintain HSE standards and safe working practices at all times.\nRequirements\nTechnical education in Electrical Engineering, Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.\nBasic knowledge of electrical installations and qualification is required due to the nature of traction power substation projects.\nPrevious experience in construction projects, site supervision, installation activities, or project coordination.\nAbility to read and understand technical documentation and drawings.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nProactive approach and willingness to learn.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a project team.\nWillingness to travel regularly to project sites across the Czech Republic.\nGood command of Czech and English.\nBenefits\nAn interesting and technically challenging role within a stable international engineering company.\nThe opportunity to work on impactful railway and energy infrastructure projects across the Czech Republic.\nA high degree of autonomy, responsibility, and the freedom to shape how projects are delivered on site.\nFlexible working hours\nCompetitive salary + annual performance bonus\nAttractive benefits package including:\ntransport allowance\nmeal vouchers\npension contribution and cafeteria (after 1 year)\nawesome company happenings and activities\n25 days of vacation\nSupportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth\nAdditional information\nLocation: Prague -
