We are seeking to hire in Geneva a dynamic and motivated Mechanical R&D Engineer.\nMain tasks:\nDesign standardized safety-critical electro-mechanical products, including upgrades and adaptations to meet specific customer requirements.\nIdentify and develop optimized solutions aligned with current technologies across the entire product lifecycle.\nContribute to technical decisions regarding specifications and characteristics of standard and customized products.\nApply Design-to-Cost and Design-for-Manufacturing principles.\nUse advanced engineering tools and software to optimize product development.\nSupport validation activities: participate in prototype assembly, testing and compliance verification.\nCollaborate with Methods and Production to improve product quality and industrial performance.\nRequirements\nMaster’s in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.\nMinimum 10 years of experience in safety-critical electro-mechanical product design or a similar field.\nProven experience in product development and its lifecycle.\nProfessional proficiency in English (all written communication is conducted in English).\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nAbility to work in a cross-functional and international environment.\nBenefits\nWe foster flat hierarchies and direct communication, enabling quick decisions and strong collaboration across all levels.
