The candidate should have hands-on experience\nwith networking, Linux/Windows systems, virtualization platforms,\nfirewalls, routers, switches, SAN infrastructure, hardware, and IT\nsupport.\nThe ideal candidate should be comfortable working in client\nenvironments, handling infrastructure deployments, resolving\ntechnical issues, and ensuring high availability and performance of\nIT infrastructure.\nKey Responsibilities\nNetwork Infrastructure\nDesign, configure, deploy, and\nmaintain enterprise network infrastructure.\n\nHands-on experience with Cisco,\nFortinet, and other routers, switches, and network security devices.\n\nConfigure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, VPN, NAT, DHCP, DNS, and\nbasic network security.\n\nUnderstand and prepare network\ntopology and infrastructure diagrams.\n\nPerform network troubleshooting,\nperformance analysis, and issue resolution.\n\nExperience with SAN\nswitches and storage/network connectivity.\n\nImplement and maintain network\ninfrastructure at our and client locations.\n\nCoordinate with vendors and clients for network deployment,\ntroubleshooting, and support.\n\nFirewall & Security\nHands-on experience with\ndeployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Fortinet\nfirewalls.\n\nWorking knowledge of Fortinet, Cisco and other firewall/security solutions.\n\nConfigure security policies, NAT,\nVPN, access controls, and related firewall services.\n\nMonitor security and network events and troubleshoot\nconnectivity/security issues.\n\nLinux & System Administration\nHands-on experience with Linux\nserver installation, configuration, administration, and\ntroubleshooting.\n\nTroubleshoot Linux OS, services,\nnetworking, storage, permissions, logs, and performance-related\nissues.\n\nWorking knowledge of Windows\nand basic system administration.\n\nExperience with system deployment,\npatching, backup, and maintenance activities.\n\nGood understanding of server hardware and associated\ncomponents.\n\nVirtualization\nHands-on experience with VMware\nvirtualization technologies.\n\nExperience with Proxmox VE for virtualization and virtual machine management.\n\nDeployment, configuration,\nmigration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of virtual machines.\n\nUnderstanding of virtual networking, storage, resource\nallocation, and high availability concepts.\n\nIT Infrastructure & Support\nProvide L1/L2/L3 technical\nsupport for network and system infrastructure, as required.\n\nTroubleshoot desktops, laptops,\nservers, networking equipment, printers, and other IT hardware.\n\nKnowledge of server,\ndesktop, laptop, storage, and networking hardware.\n\nInstall, configure, maintain, and\ntroubleshoot IT infrastructure at client locations.\n\nMaintain proper documentation of\ninfrastructure, configurations, incidents, and changes.\n\nParticipate in infrastructure deployment, upgrades,\nmigration, and maintenance activities.\n\nMonitoring & Maintenance\nExperience with network\nand server monitoring tools/software.\n\nMonitor availability, performance,\nCPU, memory, storage, bandwidth, and network devices.\n\nProactively identify and resolve\ninfrastructure issues before they impact clients.\n\nGenerate and maintain monitoring\nreports and infrastructure health reports.\n\nPerform regular preventive maintenance and health checks.\n\nCertification\nCCNA certification is\nrequired.\n\nAdditional certifications in Fortinet, VMware, Linux,\nor other relevant technologies will be an advantage.\n\nExperience\n2-5 years of relevant\nexperience in Network/System Administration or IT\nInfrastructure.\n\nCandidates with hands-on experience in client\ninfrastructure deployment and support will be preferred.\n\nKey Competencies\nStrong troubleshooting and\nproblem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication and\nclient-handling skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and\nas part of an infrastructure team.\n\nWillingness to travel to client\nsites when required.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and\nhandle critical infrastructure issues.\n\nGood documentation and reporting\nskills.\n\nStrong focus on service quality, uptime, and
