As an AI Engineer in our AI Center for Enablement, you will contribute to the design and delivery of AI solutions that address business challenges and create new opportunities across the organization.\nYou will build impactful models and systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams and help implement our AI strategy. Working closely with senior engineers and stakeholders, you will help ensure that AI is adopted in a scalable, ethical and effective way.\nWhat you will do:\nContribute to the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions that drive business value.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand use cases and support solution design.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable, production-ready AI applications, with guidance from senior team members.\nSupport the evolution of our AI platform, tools and reusable assets to enable consistent delivery.\nApply software engineering best practices such as version control, testing, code quality and modular design.\nWork with DevOps/MLOps teams to build reliable and maintainable AI pipelines.\nEnsure adherence to AI governance, data privacy and ethical AI standards.\nTake part in knowledge sharing and internal capability building around AI/ML.\nStay informed about AI innovation, tools and methods relevant to our practice.\n\nWho you are:\nHands-on experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.\nSolid knowledge of ML and AI techniques, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, deep learning and GenAI.\nProficient in Python and experienced with major ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).\nExperience with Lakehouse architectures, preferably Databricks.\nUnderstanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD, testing and version control.\nFamiliar with DevOps and MLOps principles for AI system development.\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n\nAs a person, you are:\nA strong communicator with a collaborative mindset who enjoys working with both business and technical stakeholders.\nA problem-solver with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.\n\nWhy join us:\nYou will be part of a global AI & Automation team working on real use cases across the business - from idea to production.
