Position Overview The Engineering Manager leads the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, ensuring they are capable, controlled, documented, and optimized. This plant leadership role reports to the Production Unit Manager and owns production prints, drawings, CNC and manufacturing programs, process specifications, parameters, tooling concepts, and manufacturing methods. While not responsible for daily production execution, the Engineering Manager provides technical leadership for critical process issues and partners with Production, Maintenance, and Technology to develop sustainable future-state manufacturing solutions.
