You'll be located at our Ramos Arizpe facility.\nJob Responsibilities:**\n* Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier selection and negotiation to contract management and performance monitoring.\n* Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency across various categories.\n* Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and ensure compliance with Sandvik's standards.\n* Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.\n* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, production, and finance, to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.\n* Monitor supplier performance, address any issues or discrepancies, and foster strong, long-term relationships.\n* Ensure compliance with company policies, purchasing procedures, and relevant legal and ethical standards.\n* Analyze purchasing data for our KPI's and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost savings initiatives.\n* Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing overall operational efficiency.\nJob Qualifications:**\n* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.\n* Proven experience (3+ years) in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.\n* Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.\n* Knowledge of Foreign trade and Customs.
