As a Senior Data Analyst, you connect stakeholders with technical platforms and deliver high-quality solutions spanning data ingestion, modelling, reporting and visualization.\nAbout the job\nYou translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions, taking ownership of the complete analytics landscape and ensuring that it is maintainable, reusable and aligned with organizational standards.\nJob responsibilities\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions. \nDesign, develop and maintain Databricks data pipelines and transformations based on Medallion architecture. \nBuild scalable Power BI and Tabular semantic models using star schema design and Kimball methodologies. \nDevelop clear, user-focused Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights. \nMaintain data quality, integrity, security and performance throughout the analytics lifecycle. \nPromote standardization, reusability and continuous improvement across analytics solutions. \nLocation\nThis position is in Fagersta, Sweden.\nYour profile\nYou’ve delivered end-to-end analytics solutions and combine strong technical expertise with a clear understanding of business needs. Comfortable working independently, you take solutions from initial requirements through implementation and reporting.\nYour background includes\nProven experience with Databricks and Power BI.\nStrong expertise in data modelling, Kimball-based star schemas, DAX and report development. \nHands-on experience developing data pipelines with Python, notebooks and SQL.\nA solid understanding of Medallion architecture and scalable data design.\nExperience translating business requirements into technical implementations.\nExperience with Tabular Editor 3, including advanced measure design, calculation groups and model\nFamiliarity with the Scrum framework is an advantage.\nAnalytical and structured, you approach challenges with curiosity and sound judgement. You communicate clearly, build proactive stakeholder relationships and share knowledge openly.
