You’ll apply your data processing skills while having the opportunity to explore the power markets sector, ensuring timely, high-quality data to support our trading and analysis initiatives. \nWhat you would work on: \nCooperate in designing and developing reliable data pipelines to collect, process, and deliver data from multiple sources. \nWork with data science teams to understand their data needs and help develop solutions to meet those needs. \nLearn to build and maintain ETL and ELT workflows that extract, transform, and load data, ensuring it is processed accurately.\nParticipate in performance tuning and optimization of data workflows to meet our reliability standards. \nStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering. \nWhat makes you a great candidate: \nYou reached a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.\nYou're interested in working with data, understanding its meaning and ensuring data quality and reliability.\nYou have solid programming skills in pure Python and experience with data oriented programming using at least one library like: Numpy, Pandas, PyArrow, Polars, PyTorch, TensorFlow etc.\nYou have solid understanding of ETL, ELT and data lake concepts, and data warehousing patterns such as dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and slowly changing dimensions.\nYou have strong SQL skills with experience optimizing performance of relational database queries\nYou have at least basic understanding of the trade-offs between different data storage formats and technologies.
