Innovative and efficient storage solutions pave the way for deeper integration of renewable energy sources. \nAs a Project Manager, we will rely on you to ensure the reliable, efficient, and profitable operation of our BESS portfolio. You will combine technical and financial oversight, manage key stakeholders, and drive long-term asset value while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. \nWhat you would work on? \nManage the technical and commercial performance of our BESS portfolio in line with approved business plans and investment objectives \nMonitor asset availability, efficiency, degradation, and cycling behavior, coordinating with internal support team and external operators to help identify and resolve performance issues \nSupport planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, repairs, and long-term asset lifecycle measures in collaboration with technical teams \nAct as a coordination interface between the asset owner, O&M providers, and OEMs/suppliers, ensuring clear communication, alignment of responsibilities, and timely resolution of operational topics \nSupport and coordinate asset management activities during the commissioning phase (including participation in testing, documentation review, and issue tracking) and support a structured handover into operational phase \nAssist in the negotiation, implementation, and day-to-day management of O&M, warranty, and service contracts \nCoordinate and support warranty and defect claims with OEMs, EPCs, and other suppliers, including documentation, tracking, and follow-up of technical issues \nEnsure operational compliance with applicable grid codes, permitting requirements, safety standards, and regulatory obligations during asset operation \nWhat makes you a great candidate? \nCompleted degree in economics, engineering, or a comparable technical or commercial field. \nInitial practical experience in the energy industry (e.g.wind, solar, or battery storage) is an advantage. \nStrong analytical skills combined with a hands-on mentality, commitment, and sense of responsibility. \nExcellent teamwork and communication skills, with curiosity and openness to new ideas. \nWillingness to travel and flexibility to work across different projects (plus a valid Class B driver’s license). \nFluent in English, other languages are an advantage. \nWhat we offer? \nBrand new office in the city center - Masaryčka. \nCompetitive salary package with the possibility of a yearly bonus. \n25 days of paid holiday. \nFlexible working hours and home-office options. \nHigh-end workstation. \nSponsored lunch in the office.
