You’ll conduct discovery, propose solutions, configure systems, deliver technical and non-technical training, and ensure the final implementation aligns with both client goals and internal architecture. In short: you’ll be part solutions expert, part technical configurator, part implementation lead.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to surface business requirements, integration needs, pain points, and success criteria.\n\nDeliver product demos tailored to client use cases. Translate technical features into business value for non-technical stakeholders.\n\nDesign technically feasible, scalable solutions built on our product capabilities and integrations. Architect system setups, data flows, custom mapping, and API integrations\n\nAct as the technical point of contact across the Sales → Implementation → CS handoff\n\nValidate feasibility, scope integration, identify gaps early, and guide technical expectations.\n\nProduce clear, detailed technical proposals, system design docs, integration blueprints, and handoff documentation to support both client and internal teams.\n\nPerform system validation, verification, and QA before go-live.\n\nTrain internal (IMs, CS, Support) and client teams on system usage, integration flows, and configuration capabilities.\n\nBuild training materials, playbooks, and best practices.\n\nPartner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to align on deliverables and technical constraints. Serve as escalation lead for technical issues during implementation.\n\nAfter go-live, monitor system performance, identify technical issues or optimization opportunities, and lead remediation or iteration efforts.\n\n About You\n2+ years of experience in a technical or solutions consulting role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Integration Specialist, Technical Implementation)\n\nStrong hands-on experience with system configurations, APIs, data mapping, integration flows, and backend logic\n\nAdept at discovery and translating business requirements into technical design\n\nComfortable presenting and explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nExperience in creating proposals, technical documentation, training materials, and design blueprints\n\nCapability to balance multiple clients/projects, prioritize technical tasks, and meet deadlines\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nProactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and evolving environments\n\nCollaborator at heart - willing to partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support and Operations\n\nPassionate about customer success, and committed to delivering solutions that scale\n\nBonus Experience\nHands-on experience in PropTech or real estate transactions.\n\nFamiliarity integrating AI into onboarding/process workflows.\n\nSecond Nature is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
