Our team is dedicated, innovative, and constantly striving to improve every day.\nDuties:\nTravel within the US to serve as primary in-person representative with Clients, maintaining strong relationships and adapting to Client needs. Travel is around 75% of this role.\nCoordinate devices being transported to SLM Operations Center in Skokie.\nPackage, count, and check for quality issues of devices at Client sites.\nSchedule pickup of devices with 3rd party vendors including FedEx, UPS, etc.\nUtilize gaylords, boxes, and foam for effective packaging of electronic devices.\nEngage in regular weekly travel within the continental US based on business needs.\nAdhere to SLM’s Travel and Expense Policy, including the submission of monthly expense reports.\nEfficiently and accurately count devices by type to forecast incoming devices.\nUtilize ERP system for proper recordkeeping.\nOn days without travel, Pickup Associates are assigned to tasks in the Operations Center according to business needs.\nProvide and maintain a quality of work that exceeds customer expectations.\nQualifications/Requirements:\nPossess a valid U.S. driver's license.\nBe eligible to rent a vehicle through the Company's approved rental car providers.\nMaintain an acceptable driving record that meets the Company's insurance and risk management standards.\nBe able to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) review, where permitted by law.\nBe willing and able to travel independently throughout the United States, including by air and rental vehicle.\nMaintain the ability to obtain and use a company-issued or approved payment method for travel expenses, if required.\nAbility to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy boxes, standing for extended periods, and operating warehouse equipment safely\nCMV medical certificate is a plus.\nWarehouse experience is a plus.\nThe candidate must be professional and possess excellent communication skills.\nThe candidate must be self-motivated and energetic.\nNext steps:\nComplete our 5-minute application survey here: https://go.cultureindex.com/p/toUC5q21d5JfQogQl1k\nOur team will be in touch if there is a fit\nOur Core Values\nOur core values define how we show up every day-for our teammates, our clients, and our work.
