This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership by transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic decision-making.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong FP&A leadership with deep analytical capabilities, leveraging modern data platforms, automation, and AI technologies to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and organizational decision-making. This role will lead the evolution of our reporting and analytics capabilities while building and developing a high-performing finance team.\nHere are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role\nFinancial Planning & Forecasting:\nLead the company's annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.\nDevelop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.\nAnalyze financial performance, identify key trends and drivers, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.\nPartner with departmental leaders to establish financial targets and improve accountability against operating plans.\nEvaluate risks and opportunities and communicate business impacts to executive leadership.\nFinancial Reporting & Performance Management\nEstablish forecast governance processes, planning standards, and accountability mechanisms that improve forecast accuracy, transparency, and ownership across all functional areas.\nOwn the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages.\nDevelop executive dashboards and KPI frameworks that measure financial and operational performance.\nDrive variance analysis and root-cause investigations across revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability metrics.\nSupport Board, investor, and executive-level reporting with insightful analyses and business commentary.\nEnsure reporting consistency, integrity, and transparency across the organization.\nData Analytics & Business Intelligence:\nLead the development of scalable reporting and analytics solutions utilizing Snowflake, Sigma, Power BI, or similar platforms.\nCollaborate with Finance, Revenue Operations, Data, and Technology teams to establish a single source of truth for business reporting.\nCreate advanced financial and operational analyses that identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.\nDrive data governance and financial data quality initiatives across reporting systems.\nAI, Automation & Finance Transformation:\nChampion the adoption of AI and automation within finance processes and reporting workflows.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and analytical processes through automation and machine learning capabilities.\nLead projects that reduce manual effort, improve reporting speed, and enhance forecasting accuracy.\nEvaluate emerging finance technologies and develop business cases for future investments in analytics and AI solutions.\nLeadership & Team Development:\nLead and scale the FP&A, reporting and analytics function, establishing the organizational structure, processes and talent capabilities to support continued company growth.\nBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing FP&A and reporting team.\nEstablish clear goals, development plans, and performance expectations for team members.\nFoster a culture of analytical rigor, curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nProvide mentorship and coaching to finance professionals and future leaders.\nCollaborate cross-functionally to strengthen financial acumen throughout the organization.\nStrategic Business Partnership:\nAct as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and department heads.\nSupport business cases, pricing initiatives, investment decisions, and strategic planning efforts.\nDrive cross-functional initiatives focused on growth, profitability, operational efficiency, and scalability.\nParticipate in M&A evaluations, due diligence activities, and post-acquisition integration planning as needed.\nMore information about this role:\nThis is a full-time position, working in a hybrid model, and reporting to ourScottsdale office at least 3-4 days a week.\nThe targeted compensation package for this role is between USD $190K and $210K per annum, subject to internal equity and years of experience.
