This individual will assist customers from the proof-of-concept to production stages, will understand their technical needs, and will translate how our platform offerings enhance their business needs and demands.\nThis individual will manage a set of customer accounts at one time and will serve as the liaison between various internal and external stakeholders at Sectigo. The success factors of this individual are based on seamless experiences with customers during the implementation and onboarding process while navigating the resolution of technical issues as they arise.\nHere are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:\nProvide production and/or proof-of-concept onboarding services to customers and prospects, assisting with the implementation of the Sectigo product portfolio.\nProvide subject matter expertise related to the Sectigo product portfolio during post-sales engagement with customers.\nMaintain a high standard of communication and customer service throughout the entire onboarding process, including regular updates in a ticketing system.\nDemonstrate strong personal organization and management skills by juggling priorities, meeting deadlines, and setting expectations both externally and internally.\nWork in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.\nActively contribute to building and improving the Onboarding Readiness Program, including internal process improvement initiatives, updating and maintaining the knowledge base and other documentation, and expanding working knowledge of current and future products.\nActively participate as a key team member to ensure both individual and shared goals are achieved.\nAdditional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.\nMore information about this role:\nThis is a full-time and hybrid position reporting to our Lille, France office at least 3 days per week. We can also be flexible for candidates located in the Greater Paris Area. \nThis is an individual contributor role, reporting to our Senior Director, Enterprise Onboarding & PKI.\nThe targeted compensation package for this role is between EUR 50,000 and 56,000, subject upon internal equity and years of experience. We may make further adjustments through an approval process if the targeted compensation range needs to be modified based on business needs and market trends.\n Education:\nBA/BS degree in computer science, engineering from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.\nMCP - Microsoft Certified Professional is strongly preferred.\nLinux/Solaris/UNIX System Administration experience is strongly preferred.\nAzure/GCP/AWS Certification is strongly preferred.\nExperience:\nMinimum 3+ years of IT industry experience with a minimum of 1 within a customer implementation environment are required.\nExperience working with various Microsoft software and systems, specifically Active Directory, Microsoft Certificate Authority, Windows platforms servers and workstation is required.\nExperience working with Linux platforms is required.\nExperience with various webservers & firewall/load balancers software/platforms is required.\nExperience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), SSL, X509 is strongly recommended.\nNetwork infrastructure experience is strongly recommended.\nExperience with Public Cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS) is strongly recommended.\nExperience with eCommerce, CDN, DNS, WAF or Web Hosting is strongly recommended.\nExperience with scripting in various languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.) against REST APIs is strongly recommended.\nProficiency in English is required.\nIdeal Candidate Profiles, Talents, and Desired Qualifications:\nDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service, time, account management, and the ability to interface with a diverse set of clients, including technical engineers and architects.\nLead projects and manage multiple competing priorities while delivering high-quality results with strong attention to detail.\nExhibit solid multitasking, troubleshooting, and problem-resolution abilities.\nBe a self-starter with a can-do/will-do attitude, a quick learner, a willingness to work as part of a team, and a desire to continually learn new tools and technologies.\nProficiency in additional languages (French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, etc.) is considered an asset.\n Sectigo is an Equal Opportunity Employer.\nAt Sectigo, we are committed to providing equal opportunities throughout your career.
