Your role is to guide the data architecture conceptually, while focusing heavily on what matters most: product metrics, business insights, and growth.\n\n🔹 Key Responsibilities:\n\nOwn the Metrics & Insights: Define, track, and analyze key business and product metrics to uncover growth opportunities.\n\nData Strategy & Architecture: Guide how our data is structured and processed; work closely with our Data Engineer to design robust ETL/ELT workflows.\n\nLeadership & Execution: Lead and mentor our analytical team, ensuring high-quality analytical output.\n\nData Democratization: Oversee the creation of actionable BI dashboards (reporting, cohort analysis, LTV/CAC modeling) to help stakeholders make fast, data-driven decisions.\n\nStrategic Advisory: Partner with the leadership team to translate complex analysis into strategic business recommendations.\n\n🔹 Requirements:\n\nExpertise in Metrics: Strong, proven expertise in product and business metrics (specifically within iGaming/Gaming is a huge plus). You know exactly how to measure user behavior, LTV, retention, and monetization.\n\nHigh-Level Tech Understanding: Deep conceptual understanding of data infrastructure and ETL/ELT processes (we expect you to know how to build it and guide the process, though a Data Engineer will do the coding).\n\nExperience: 4+ years in Data/Product Analytics, with some experience in leading teams or mentoring analysts.\n\nTech Stack (Conceptual & Practical): Advanced SQL, familiarity with BI tools, and web/product analytics tools.\n\nSoft Skills: Strong business acumen and the ability to translate raw data into clear, business-oriented narratives.\n\nLanguages: English - B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
