Their aim is to optimize our customers’ use of our different solutions to their best advantage. This include responsibilities such as:\nDeliver web-based and on-site training to ensure they have the skills and tools necessary to optimize the use of our solutions\nAnalyze customer workflows and suggest improvements to their way-of-working as well as adapt our solutions to each customers needs\nWork closely with our Professional Services, Technical Support and Sales Departments to provide application knowledge and support\nDevelop new processes to improve the efficiency of applications work and raise the quality of customer product understanding and satisfaction\nAt Sectra, we hire for attitude and ability - train for skill. We also look for good communicators who have the ability to interact with colleagues, partners and customers in an effective, clear and constructive way.\nTo perform well in this role, we want you to have:\nA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, IT or equivalent with a strong academic performance OR have a clinical background, for example, as a radiology nurse or technician.\nFluent in Dutch and English both verbally and written\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nA strong interest in usability and medical IT.\nHave excellent customer service skills as well as verbal, written, listening and presenting skills\nIn addition, we consider it as an asset if you also:\nPrevious experience as an application engineer and/or PACS Administrator\nExperience in the use of PACS and its configuration\nSpeak more languages than those required above\nHave experience with other cultures and countries\nHave interests besides work such as music, sports, horseback riding etc.\nWhat do we offer you?\nA dynamic work environment: You will join an innovative company in a rapidly evolving market.\n Flexibility: An enjoyable and interesting job (40 hours per week) with flexibility and the possibility to work from home.\nCompetitive salary: Salary indication of €4500 -
