You’ll coach experienced clinical and technical experts, connect their work with our global product organization, and help turn specialized knowledge into consistent practices across Customer Operations.\nAs part of Service Enablement, you’ll help new products move from their first US implementations into established delivery and support models. As those products mature, you’ll ensure our teams have the knowledge, tools, and guidance to take ownership confidently.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead and develop a team of product specialist leads, providing clear priorities, coaching, performance feedback, and career development.\nOrganize expertise across product areas, ensuring clear responsibilities, appropriate coverage, and effective collaboration.\nMaintain a strong connection with our global product organization, translating product direction into US priorities and sharing customer needs and lessons from the field.\nCoordinate the team’s involvement in new product introductions and first implementations, helping establish effective deployment, training, and support practices.\nEnsure documentation, templates, and training materials are developed and maintained so Customer Operations teams can gradually take ownership of established products.\nDrive consistent workflows, integration practices, training, and knowledge sharing across product areas, using global standards and resources wherever possible.\nBalance hands-on specialist involvement with coaching and guidance based on product maturity, customer needs, and team capacity.\nPartner with Applications, Engineering, Project Management, and customer-facing teams to strengthen product readiness and resolve gaps in knowledge or processes.\nSupport US-based colleagues who report functionally to global teams through local guidance, development support, and performance input.\nUse feedback and operational data to improve team effectiveness, knowledge transfer, and delivery quality.\nTravel as required - up to 50% \n Skills & Requirements\nWho you are\nYou bring 1-3 years or more of people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and employee development, ideally leading specialists, consultants, or other skilled professionals.\nYou provide clear direction while giving subject matter experts the trust and support to lead within their areas.\nYou can quickly learn clinical, technical, and product context and translate it into practical priorities.\nYou’re comfortable working across teams and countries, including environments where responsibilities are shared between local and global managers.\nYou bring structure to changing priorities and can balance immediate customer needs with longer-term team development.\nYou communicate clearly, build strong working relationships, and help people share knowledge across organizational boundaries.\nYou have experience improving processes and helping teams adopt consistent ways of working.\nIt is a plus if you have\nExperience in healthcare IT, medical imaging, clinical software, or a related technology environment.\nExperience supporting product launches, early customer implementations, or transitions into ongoing delivery and support.\nA background in applications, engineering, integrations, project delivery, or technical consulting.\nExperience building training programs, documentation, or communities of subject matter experts.\nWhy Sectra\nContribute to technology that supports critical areas of healthcare and patient care.\nLead experienced professionals whose expertise makes a difference for customers and colleagues.\nHelp shape how new products are introduced, adopted, and supported in the US.\nCollaborate with local and global teams in an organization focused on learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.\nGrow your leadership experience as our products and organization evolve.\nCompensation and benefits\nBase salary range: $130,000-$155,000, based on experience and qualifications.\nEligible to participate in the company’s bonus program.\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.\nGenerous paid time off and paid parental leave.\nRetirement plan with company match.\nOngoing learning and professional development opportunities.\nCollaborative and supportive team environment.\nOther Information\nSectra celebrates diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
