You'll learn the technology as you go, with experienced colleagues close by.\nWhat You'll Do\nYou own the delivery side of our cloud operations projects across the Nordic region, from planning and coordination through go-live and stabilization.\nDay to day, you'll be:\nPlan, lead and follow up projects in our Nordic cloud operations, from start through go-live and handover to operations\nDefine scope, tasks and resource needs together with the team\nBuild and maintain roadmaps of projects with clear timlines, definition of done and deliverables\nDeliver against agreed milestones, scope and timelines\nBuild strong relationships with the team, customers and internal stakeholders, and manage expectations at all levels\nCommunicate clearly and regularly about status, risks and decisions, and escalate in time when needed\nHelp improve how we plan, coordinate and deliver our services\n Who You Are\nAt Sectra, we always prioritize attitude and ability when hiring. We look for a willingness and ability to learn quickly, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly and constructively with colleagues, partners and customers.\nFor this role, we require:\nA bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as IT, engineering or business\nSome experience of project management or coordination, for example from a first PM role, a lead engineer, or leading projects in a previous job\nA structured way of working and the ability to keep an overview when there's a lot going on\nStrong communication and relationship skills, with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs\nAn interest in IT systems, infrastructure concepts and enough technical understanding to follow the conversation with specialists\nFluency in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian, and very good English, spoken and written\nEven better if you have:\nExperience in healthcare IT or working with regulated environments\nHave experience from healthcare IT or other business-critical IT services\nCertifications in project methodologies; Prince2, Agile, ITIL, or similar\nKnowledge of DICOM, HL7, or medical imaging infrastructure\nAre involved in something outside work or studies, such as sports, associations or music\nIf you don’t meet every point above but feel this role could be a good fit, we still encourage you to apply.\nThe Team\nNordic Cloud Operations is a close-knited team with a wide scope and deep extertise.
