This individual will collaborate with our international colleagues headquartered in Sweden and help lead our cloud initiatives in North America.\nIn this role, you will play a key part in planning, executing, and overseeing cloud deployment projects, contributing to the success of our organization's digital transformation efforts.\nAs a Project Manager for Cloud Operations, you will:\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables for cloud deployments\n\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of cloud solutions while mitigating potential roadblocks\n\nCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure effective resource allocation\n\nProactively identify and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed\n\nMonitor project budgets, control costs, and report variances to ensure financial targets are met\n\nFacilitate clear, concise communication among project teams, stakeholders, and management with regular status updates\n\nEnsure the quality of cloud deployments by tracking performance benchmarks and user satisfaction\n\nMaintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and key project records\n\nAddress project issues and challenges promptly and collaboratively\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices\n\nEngage in technical discussions with internal teams and customers to align project goals and execution\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n\n3-5 years of experience in IT or project coordination/management\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities\n\nAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills\n\nWorking knowledge of cloud technologies is a plus\n\nDesire to grow and advance in project management\n\nPMP certification or formal training in project management is a plus\n\nThe Perks:\nIn addition to a competitive salary and performance-based incentives, we offer:\nGenerous paid time off policy\n\nMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage\n\nPaid Parental Leave\n\n401(k) with company matching\n\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\n\nOpportunities to work with global teams and products that directly impact patient care\n\nA collaborative and international work environment where your voice is heard and your work makes a difference\n\nOther Information:\nThe salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000, based on experience and qualifications\n\nWe are recruiting on a rolling basis, and the ideal candidate will start as soon as possible\n\nSectra celebrates diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
