Ideally we are looking for candidates who can work during core business hours in the Central Time Zone. \nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe IT Implementation Engineer II is a senior, a client facing member of the Professional Services team responsible for implementing new technology solutions. The engineer works primarily independently and serves as the technical lead on larger projects, while also providing escalation support for high-priority issues. Success in this role requires strong customer service, communication, collaboration, and advanced technical expertise across multiple infrastructure disciplines.\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)\nBuild, configure, and deploy complex technology solutions including, but not limited to, cloud services, hybrid (cloud and on-premises) infrastructure, virtual and physical servers, networking, storage, and workstations.\nCreate, configure, migrate, and manage virtualized environments including VMware and Hyper-V\nConfigure, deploy, and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and core network architectures and protocols\nAdminister Active Directory environments, including creating new domains and migrating existing domains\nImplement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions\nImplement, migrate, administer, and support Microsoft 365 services.
