Our culture emphasizes discipline, minimal distractions, and a results-driven approach to meeting both individual and collective targets.\nA Day in The Life\nThe responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:\nTimely Entry of all customer Cheque and EFT payments\nManage the unapplied payment report to ensure that all amounts are applied correctly to customer accounts\nCommunicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies\nEnsuring that all monthly posting of Journals is completed in a timely manner which assists in the Bank reconciliation on all AR amounts\nAssisting with new customer conversions and account maintenance\nAssist in reconciliation of any unapplied cash aging on accounts\nAct as the primary contact for all customer payment inquiries\nAssist with the creation on manual ad hoc invoices\nAssist with changes in customer requirements\nPlay an active role in supporting and growing the Accounts Receivable Procedure\nSkills, Experience & Qualifications\nThe individual in this role will have:\nAccounting Certificate/Diploma would be considered an asset\nMinimum 2 years administrative/accounting GL experience\nExcellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills\nExperience with Microsoft D365, Excel, Word and Office products is an asset\nSuperior problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nStrong organizational skillset\nExcellent teamwork and team building skills\nWhat's in it for you\nAt SECURE, we focus on opportunities for growth and improvement; for our employees, our customers, our partners, and the communities we operate in.
