We aim to maintain this leading position and stand out significantly from all other bioprocess solutions.\nYour Profile\nAmong your responsibilities, you will:\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nOversee and engage in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. \nEnsure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines in backend development activities.\nStay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in backend development, and incorporate relevant advancements into project strategies.\nAmong your skills and qualifications, you bring:\n7+ years of experience in Java development. \nVery good knowledge of the Spring framework and RESTful services. \nExperience in working on big projects with multiple SCRUM teams. \nKnowledge of database development is advantageous (JDBC/Hibernate/JPA). \nKnowledge of frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js) is a plus. \nExperience with automation/communication protocols and (bio-)process engineering is an advantage. \nKnowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. \nExperience with the Atlassian tool suite is highly welcomed. \nYou are goal-oriented, work well independently, use your strong problem-solving skills in collaboration with the team and communicate well in an international and intercultural setting. \nEnglish is required.\nValid work permit for Portugal.
