Performance and attendance requirements apply; ask a Recruiter for details!\nAssistant Store Manager Skills and Experience:\nMinimum (1) year of experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.\nStrong use of the English language in verbal and written communication\nProvides consistent support to the Store Manager and acts as a backup in their absence.\nCustomer service mindset.\nProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.\nIdentifies potential maintenance, safety, and fire issues.\nOperates roll-up doors for storage units. Willing to travel occasionally to another location for scheduled shifts.\nSkilled in resolving conflicts and quickly addressing and resolving issues.\nAssistant Store Manager Responsibilities:\nSupports the team in surpassing sales targets by assisting in the promotion of unit rentals, warranties, and moving supplies, and encouraging the acquisition of positive reviews.\nHelps guide new customers through the rental process, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.\nAssists in reaching out to potential clients to confirm their moving dates and ensure their storage units are ready and secure.\nAids in managing the accounts of past-due tenants and supports the efficient processing of paperwork for the lien/auction process.\nContributes to providing exceptional customer service, aiming to exceed client expectations and address their needs effectively.\nConducts daily property inspections alongside the team to maintain security, cleanliness, and proper upkeep.
