The core GTM systems and processes are already in place. Your role is to drive adoption, improve execution, and identify where those systems need refinement — not undertake a wholesale rebuild.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDrive adoption of existing CRM and revenue processes across sales, marketing, and CS — find where reps skip steps, and fix it\nDrive team-wide MEDDIC adoption; coach reps; report on qualification data quality\nOwn revenue reporting — Pipeline visibility, funnel conversion by stage, forecast accuracy\nOwn forecasting cadence and accuracy in partnership with sales leadership\nContinuously refine the sales process using data — stall points, broken handoffs, adoption gaps\nAlign sales, marketing, and CS on shared process and data usage\nMaintain CRM data quality — clear ownership of required fields, stage progression, activity capture, and opportunity hygiene\nOwn CRM/system change requests, incorporating input from sales leadership and consultants, and drive them through to adoption\nUse GenAI tools to accelerate reporting, analysis, and documentation — validate outputs before they inform decisions\n\nRequirements:\n5+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS set up - in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, CRM Operations, or a related revenue-facing operations role, in B2B SaaS\nHands-on, independent fluency with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), Clay, and Apollo — able to operate and troubleshoot these from day one\nTrack record building and defending pipeline forecasts and revenue dashboards\nProven ability to drive process adoption in a sales org — not just design it\nStrong cross-functional influence — comfortable changing team behavior without formal authority\n\nCore AI Skill Requirements:\nSecurin is committed to becoming an AI-native organization where GenAI is embedded into how every team works - not just as an occasional assistant, but as a core part of delivery, operations, and how our expertise compounds over time.
