Posting will be removed once filled.\nPosition Overview:\nPosition: Security Site Supervisor\nPay Rate: $19.75/hr\nLocation: Brampton and Caledon (travel between sites required)\nShift timings: Day Shift (Timings to be determined)\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nTravel between the Brampton locations as required until operations have fully transitioned to the Caledon site.\nAssist the client with selecting, onboarding, and training security staff prior to contract launch.\nSupport the setup and implementation of security operations at both locations.\nAssist with post orders, site procedures, staff expectations, and overall operational readiness.\nHelp establish the vision, culture, and standards for the security team.\nProvide general support to ensure a successful contract start-up and transition.\nPromote compliance with company and customer policies, health and safety requirements, regulatory obligations, and client standards while working effectively across diverse teams and cultures.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nValid Ontario Security Guard License and valid First Aid and CPR certification and Smart Service Certification or be willing to obtain.\nMinimum 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience in a security environment. Preferably in a manufacturing setting.\nDemonstrated knowledge of applicable Ontario legislation, regulations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements affecting property protection and the delivery of security guard services.\nWorking knowledge of security operations, including access control, patrols, alarm and CCTV monitoring, emergency response, incident management, workplace violence prevention, investigations within assigned authority, and protection of people and property.\nDemonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and follow issues through to resolution.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic workforce, reporting, and security management systems.\nSecuritas Canada celebrates diversity, and we welcome and encourage applications from the four designated groups: namely women, aboriginal people, visible minorities and persons with disabilities.
