candidate will possess strong technical expertise in security technologies, systems integration, data analysis, and enterprise solution architecture, along with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.\nEssential Functions\nDesign, implement, and support enterprise security solutions, including access control, video management, identity management, and related technologies.\nGather business and technical requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional system designs and implementation plans.\nConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot security platforms, databases, applications, and integrations.\nSupport the deployment, testing, commissioning, and optimization of physical security technologies.\nPartner with business, operations, IT, and engineering teams to develop scalable and sustainable security solutions.\nPerform system analysis, root-cause investigation, and issue resolution for security-related technology challenges.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, process flows, standard operating procedures, and system specifications.\nDevelop reporting, dashboards, and data analysis tools to support operational and business decision-making.\nSupport software upgrades, system migrations, security enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities.\nCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles.\nConduct user acceptance testing (UAT), functional testing, and validation activities for new system deployments and enhancements.\nDeliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to end users and operational teams.\nEnsure compliance with organizational security standards, policies, and best practices.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with enterprise physical security systems, including: Lenel OnGuard\nCCURE 9000\nGenetec\nAMAG\nAvigilon\nAlert Enterprise\n\nExperience with identity and access management solutions.\nHands-on experience with system integrations, APIs, and data migration projects.\nKnowledge of cloud technologies, databases, and enterprise application architecture.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.\nExperience leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation technologies to improve workflows and operational efficiency.\nProfessional certifications related to physical security, project management, or systems engineering are preferred.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Security Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise security systems, technical program management, systems engineering, business analysis, or related technical disciplines.\nStrong understanding of security technologies, system integrations, databases, and software applications.\nExperience with SQL, relational databases, data validation, and reporting tools.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in
