With over 8,000 employees in 25 District offices across Canada, and 370,000 employees globally, we possess the experience and knowledge to offer a broad range of expert services including: On-site Guarding, Mobile Patrol Guarding, Leading Technology Solutions, Remote Guarding, and Investigations.\nWe are seeking SECURITY TACTICAL GUARDS FOR THE EDMONTON area.\nShifts are:\n4 on 4 off0800 to 2000\n2000 to 0800\n\n$22.00 Pay Rate\nPrimary Responsibilities\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nObserve and report activities, incidents, and safety concerns at assigned client sites to protect property, assets, and personnel.\nRespond appropriately to high-stress situations and, when necessary, safely remove unauthorized individuals or trespassers in accordance with training and company procedures.\nApply approved control tactics, restraints, takedown techniques, and handcuffing procedures as required.\nEffectively de-escalate situations through verbal communication and conflict-resolution techniques.\nPrepare accurate, detailed, and professional incident reports.\nCommunicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.\nMaintain order and enforce site regulations, policies, and directives relating to personnel, visitors, and premises.\nControl access to client facilities, including identity verification and visitor screening.\nPerform foot and vehicle patrols and respond appropriately to security incidents and disturbances.\nProvide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.\nProtect and preserve evidence and incident scenes during accidents, emergencies, or investigations.\nUtilize communication equipment, including handheld radios and other security systems, to effectively coordinate and report activities.\nQualifications\nValid Alberta Security Services License.\nCurrent PPCT, CTSS, or equivalent Use of Force certification.\nTraining in Tactical Communications, Verbal Judo, or De-escalation Techniques.\nPrevious security experience required;
