The objective of this program is to transform our organization and processes in all European countries with new common platform enabler. We now enter a new phase to manage the roll-out in the different countries as we already have some countries live to support in the business-as-usual mode.\nOur goal is to leverage and centralize applications at the European level. To support this strategy, the Business Application IT team operates as a product-oriented IT organization.\nDelivery is structured around:\nProduct Domains, accountable for product development and functional value.\n\nRoll-out Projects, responsible for large-scale, multi-country deployments and product implementation.\n\nThe Architecture tam acts as the design authority and architectural backbone for business application, ensuring coherence, consistency and sustainability of the European target IT architecture.\nThe mission of the Architect within the Centre of Excellence is to translate business strategy into a coherent, secure and scalable IT architecture, supporting multi-country roll-outs while managing complexity and technical debt.\nWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect who can operate effectively in a complex, multicultural environment.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for:\nDefining and maintain European target architecture.\n\nGoverning all Architecture decisions for European application.\n\nYou willmanage a team of 4 people for the moment including Business architect, PMO support, Solution Architect for 2 main products Oracle and WFM. You will coordinate and manage additional external consultants depending of the roadmap management.\nResponsibilities\nArchitecture Governance & Design Authority\nAct as the design authority for Business Applications within the North Star scope.\n\nProvide architectural direction and decision support to Product Domains and country roll-out initiatives.\n\nReview and validate major application, integration, and platform design decisions.\n\nEnsure adherence to European and Group Enterprise Architecture principles, standards, and guardrails.\n\nTarget Architecture & Roadmap\nAct as the design authority for Business Applications within the North Star scope.\n\nProvide architectural direction and decision support to Product Domains and country roll-out initiatives.\n\nReview and validate major application, integration, and platform design decisions.\n\nEnsure adherence to European and Group Enterprise Architecture principles, standards, and guardrails.\n\nCountry Roll-out Support\nLead or support country-level architecture assessments (as-is, to-be, gap analysis).\n\nIdentify critical dependencies, constraints, and integration impacts for country deployments.\n\nChair or contribute to Country Assessment Forums and architectural design reviews.\n\nEnsure architectural consistency and reuse across multi-country roll-outs.\n\nData & Integration Architecture\nContribute to the definition and evolution of the enterprise data model.\n\nEnsure coherence and robustness of data flows, integrations, and master data management.\n\nSupport end-to-end business process mapping from an architectural perspective.\n\nCollaboration & Ways of Working\nWork closely with Program Management, Product Owners, Service Delivery, and AMS partners and business.\n\nContribute to the development of architecture standards, methods, and best practices.\n\nActively support the maturity of architectural ways of working across the organization.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\n10-15 years of IT experience.\n\nStrong background in enterprise, application, and integration architecture.\n\nExperience with large, multi-year, multi-country transformation programs.\n\nStrong understanding of back-office systems (ERP, Finance, HR, Workforce Management) and digitalisation.\n\nExperience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF - LeanIX is a plus).\n\nStructured, pragmatic, and decisive approach.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.\n\nExcellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nAbility to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic project environments.\n\nExperience working in matrix organizations and with virtual teams.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and execute effectively.\n\nStrong people management and leadership skills.\n\nFluency inEnglish.\n\nWorking conditions\nThis role is open for candidates based inEurope .\nIt's a hybrid working model (office regulations depending on the specific country).\nWhat we offer\nAt Securitas we believe in doing the right thing and doing it well.
