You will own the overall account strategy and management, including the creation and execution of the security program strategy, alignment of Securitas and client goals, and profitability of the account. The ideal candidate is a polished, highly credible leader who can engage senior stakeholders, deliver clear and compelling monthly presentations, and translate complex data into actionable insights.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all datacenter locations and continuously evolving the security program.\n\nHold full P&L ownership for approximately $40M in annual revenue; analyze operational and financial data to drive performance, profitability, and contract compliance.\n\nLead Security Risk Reviews and global safety programs for datacenter facilities, and coordinate special events or emergency coverage as needed.\n\nCoordinate global RFI/RFP responses and pricing strategies, and partner with branches and regions to ensure appropriate staffing, effective scheduling, and retention of profitable business.\n\nLead regular (including monthly) business reviews and presentations with client and Securitas leadership, proactively addressing issues, driving improvements, and aligning global service delivery.\n\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\n\nWho you are\nAn ideal candidate brings:\n\nA service-first mindset, clear communication skills, strong attention to detail, and sound judgment when approaching challenges.
