This position is responsible for recruiting for field level security roles; places announcements for openings; works with agencies and other sources of personnel to secure candidates; and follows up on leads.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\n\nThe functions listed describe the business purpose of this job or position. In the event of uncertainty or lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures, associates are required to request clarification or explanations from superiors or authorized company representatives.\n\nCarry out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.\n\nJOB DUTIES:\n\nResponsible for monitoring requisitions within an ATS then screening and interviewing applicants.\n\nUtilize different dashboards and resume searches for assistance in sourcing and interviewing\n\nCreates profiles on hiring needs for locations in different markets\n\nAssists with Recruitment deficits in difficult markets throughout the US.\n\nMakes recommendations to management regarding Recruitment improvements needed. \n\nMeets with Manager and makes recommendations from analytical findings to improve overall success within Talent Acquisition\n\nPerforms additional functions, duties and tasks of a similar nature and scope as may be required by department management to achieve initiatives.\n\nAssists with applicant tracking system compliance and functions.\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation/Experience: \nAssociates Degree or 2 years progressively responsible, related experience desired. Equivalent experience in lieu of degree may be considered. \n\nCompetencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):\n\nExcellent organizational, problem solving and writing skills along with planning and project management skills.\n\nAbility to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively.\n\nProven track record of designing and implementing recruiting strategies to hire professionals.\n\nStrong customer service skills desired.\n\nAbility to be an effective team member.\n\nMust be self directed and capable of meeting multiple deadlines.\n\nWorking Conditions and Physical/Mental Demands\nWith or without reasonable accommodation, a candidate must have the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions described.
