This role involves coordinating with multiple departments, handling ID verification, and providing support for various and processes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate and support site inductions:\nReceive emails from other stake holders\nVerify IDs, Take photos and print badges\nSend credential numbers and other site documents to relevant parties\nSite Badging and access support\nPrint lost badges for employees\nAssist other security posts with badging and access queries they have\nCarpark Administration\nUpdate site car counts and capacities\nIssue and assign parking tags in accordance with site policy/guidelines\nMonitor for car park website errors and report them to the client and developer\nCustomer service and general support\nProvide helpful support to all walk in, email and phone queries from employees and company admins\nConduct fortnightly meetings with site team lead\nConduct fortnightly meetings with the client and team lead\nServe as a point of contact across multiple sites\nLog and follow tickets for duplicate badge Ids and other IT/service issues\nManage key requests \nDesign and print speciality badges for site events as needed\nManage special access badges across the site ensuring they are accounted for\nAdditional duties\nPrepare weekly updates for mail, car parks, and ERT stats\nManage site PAT testing\nManage the lost and found process onsite\nHandle badge printing for other sites as needed\nLead monthly EMEA online meetings presenting updates on weekly badge stats, photos audits and inventory\nCreate shipping memos and raise purchase orders to replenish stock or for other ad hoc requests\nManage any post that arrives to reception as required\nAssist and administer site systems as required\nAssist site management and programme coordinator as needed\nOrganise and update new Securitas employees to site systems and access requirements\nOrder uniforms and other stock items for the security team\nKeep and upload receipts for fuel cards and other items ordered on site accounts\nAd hoc requests as applicable and assigned by site management\nKey Skills:\nBe customer focused at all times and provide outstanding customer service and experiences\nStrong organisational and multitasking skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nProficiency in using administrative and IT systems\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n PSA Licence\nOwn Transport Desirable\nStrong observational skills and attention to detail\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities\nAbility to stay calm and focused under pressure\nProfessional appearance and attitude\nFlexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends\nFluent English essential\nGood level of P.C. skills\nPrevious experience desirable\nMust have excellent customer service and communication skills\nManual handling - Desirable\n At Securitas, we believe in rewarding our people for their hard work.
