It’s more than just a job and offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference every day.\n Your responsibilities will include:\nDispatching emergency and security services when required\nResponding effectively to changing priorities and incidents\nMonitoring CCTV systems and alarm activations\nManaging mobile alarm callouts and coordinating responses\nConducting welfare checks for officers and lone workers\nMonitoring gas detection and safety systems\nPrioritising critical alarms, including fire and lone worker activations\nCommunicating with customers, colleagues, contractors and emergency services\nEscalating issues appropriately and ensuring timely resolution\nHandling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity\nPlease note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture - but they give you a good sense of the role. \n What We're Looking For\nThe right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history\nStrong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English - able to communicate with people from a wide range of backgrounds and at all levels\nThe ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure\nHigh levels of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information\nA flexible approach to working days, nights, weekends and public holidays\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail\nA punctual, reliable and trustworthy approach to work\nMore Than a Job\nAt Securitas, your contribution is valued, your development is supported, and your future matters.
