Join our team as a Site Security Supervisor at a secure, professional site in Rochester.
Pay & Hours
£16.24 per hour
56 hours per week
7 on / 3 off, 7 on / 4 off rotation
Days and Nights
Full Time Permanent
The Role
Lead and support a team of Security Officers
Manage incidents and emergency responses
Conduct patrols and compliance checks
Monitor CCTV and access control
Complete reports and documentation
Liaise with site management and emergency services
What You Need
Valid SIA Licence
⭐ Previous security supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good IT and report writing skills
Flexibility to work days and nights
Eligible for SC Clearance
British citizen
5 year checkable work history
